Licence agreement · White Label
Below are the main parameters of the White Label Technology License and Raw Material Supply Agreement. Final terms are adapted by a lawyer to the licensee's country.
| Parameter | Condition |
|---|---|
| European Union | Request pricing — White Label licence for EU countries |
| Ukraine / Moldova | Request pricing — entry to the ready White Label platform |
| Licence term | 5 years (all markets: EU, Ukraine, Moldova) |
| Royalty | 3.5% of BIOSPRAY net sales (use on the licensee's own farm carries no royalty) |
| Capacity Reservation Fee | €5,000 per 270 l BIOLYSATE RAW module per month (capacity reservation, not equipment purchase) |
| Startup Period | 45 calendar days to activate production capacity after payment |
| RAW supply | 100% prepayment of confirmed orders · usual lead time ≈ 30 days |
| RAW batch quality | Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA); release is decided by the manufacturer's Quality Unit |
| Own farm | Internal use on the licensee's own assets carries no royalty (provided volumes are fully recorded) |
| EU Regulation 2018/848 | Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production applies in EU countries. It does not apply in Ukraine or Moldova, which is why the entry price there is lower. |
Important: the licence price is quoted individually — request pricing. The term is 5 years for everyone. Regulation (EU) 2018/848 does not apply in Ukraine or Moldova. Public marketing claims go through approval (Claim ID plus human review). Licence terms are subject to final legal adaptation to the licensee's country.
Scientific basis
BIOLYSATE RAW and BIOSPRAY are built on the biomass of the microalga Chlorella — one of the best-studied photosynthetic microalgae in agronomy and biotechnology.
Chlorella is a single-celled spherical green microalga (2–10 µm). The cell has a strong cellulose wall, one large chloroplast body with chlorophylls a and b, a nucleus and storage compounds (starch, lipids, proteins). Its high photosynthetic activity lets it accumulate biomass quickly along with a rich set of biologically active compounds: amino acids, vitamins, polysaccharides, phytohormone-like substances and antioxidants.
After controlled cell lysis (breaking the wall), the biologically active components become available for uptake by leaves and roots. Chlorella-based products are reported to improve stress tolerance, activate metabolism and support root development. It is a 100% natural organic product.
In farming, chlorella-based products are used for foliar application, drip irrigation, seed treatment and protected cropping. This covers cereals, vegetables, fruit crops and greenhouse operations. The BIOSPRAY format also allows use in the home segment (houseplants, garden).
Upstream production of BIOLYSATE RAW stays with the manufacturer: cultivation, quality control, batch standardisation. The licensee receives ready raw material with a Certificate of Analysis, dilutes and fills it under its own brand — with no transfer of strains or cultivation secrets.
European agricultural context
A short overview: why Europe invested in microalgae, which practical programmes were studied, and why in 2026 the focus is shifting from proof of concept to affordable adoption at scale.
EU investment in 219 algae-related projects (2014–2023), all species and applications
Potential reduction in nitrogen mineral input needs in individual development programmes
Period of the VegaAlga and REDWine example projects
Priority is lower production cost and adoption across thousands of hectares
The European Green Deal, the Farm to Fork strategy and the goal of reducing mineral protection and nutrition inputs made microalgae strategically important. Chlorella vulgaris drew attention because it:
The search was for crop-support technologies that reduce dependence on classical chemistry, improve soil and plant resilience and create additional value for farmers.
Funding context: between 2014 and 2023 the EU invested €559 million in 219 algae-related projects. There is no separately verified figure for Chlorella vulgaris in crop production alone — funding ran through broader programmes.
Developed an on-farm system for producing a microalgae product for crop support. Reported results: roughly 30% lower spend on nutrition inputs and a 10–15% vegetable yield increase.
Cultivated Chlorella vulgaris using CO₂ and winery effluent. The biomass was also considered for vineyard support: stress tolerance, nitrogen nutrition, aromatic quality.
Operational groups (often with budgets around €500–600 thousand) tested microalgae approaches on tomatoes, wheat, citrus and vineyards.
Studies in Spain, Italy, Portugal and other EU countries recorded effects on germination, root development, nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation and stress tolerance.
REDWine ended in late 2025, but the field keeps developing. New publications treat Chlorella vulgaris as a natural plant-support product, while Horizon Europe and national programmes continue to fund microalgae research and low-input farming.
The question has changed. The debate is no longer about whether chlorella works. The practical task is to lower production cost, standardise quality and scale reliable application across thousands of hectares.
Clean agriculture at cell level
BIOLYSATE is an industrial lysate of Chlorella vulgaris: a concentrated cellular product, 100% natural organic material for cleaner crop-growing systems. This positioning simplifies registration in Europe and other countries.
To help partners grow produce with a genuinely cleaner input profile — not merely less chemistry, but a disciplined system based on natural cellular material, controlled manufacturing and proven local practice.
Chlorella lysate is designed to support the plant's natural processes at cell level: root system development, resilience in adverse conditions and more efficient use of soil resources. The formula contains no added synthetic active substances.
Controlled cellular raw material, BIOLYSATE RAW, is available for local manufacturing and use at larger scale — without transfer of the upstream technology.
Our position: the technical and commercial foundation already exists. We invite farmers, agricultural companies and producers of natural solutions to evaluate a structured partnership.
A structured path from planning to application on your own land — for those who want to test a cleaner crop-support system.
A controlled platform for local manufacturing, product development and market entry in agriculture and natural technologies.
Available cellular raw material, controlled documentation, local manufacturing and a flexible licence model.
Use of the approved technology, production documentation and commercial framework under a controlled licence.
Manufacturing and sale of a local product under your own trademark, packaging and commercial strategy.
Joint development of a wider range of natural solutions for organic and sustainable agriculture.
What is already fully set up
All websites feed one CRM. Form enquiries land in the funnel automatically. The manager sees the customer, the status and the history.
Connected: Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok. Advertising is set up on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
Nova Poshta · Ukrposhta · Meest · Rozetka. The customer picks the option they prefer when the order is confirmed.
The customer leaves an enquiry → the manager calls → confirms → the goods ship with the chosen carrier.
Important: all of this already runs on the live websites. It is not "we can set it up" — it is "already set up and taking orders".

Procedures, technical documentation, quality control and claim support during launch.
Remote technical support at launch, call centre, AI consultations, sales automation and a route to export.
Economics
Approximate cost of one litre of finished biospray made from BIOLYSATE RAW (excluding packaging: bottles, canisters, print).
Your own brand plus controlled raw material means both savings in the field and an additional revenue channel.
The farmer uses the product on their own farm and controls the internal economics. Lower spend on external crop-support inputs.
The same brand is sold to other farms, greenhouses, nurseries and through digital channels.
Less dependence on outside suppliers plus a new commercial line of business.
Working solution rate (l/ha) · number of treatments per season · application stages. Raw material cost: €0.12/l. Cost per application and per season is a planning reference for the agronomist.
