Purpose of the site
The site is informational and addressed to businesses: farms, agricultural enterprises, distributors and research organisations.
The material on the site is not a public offer. The licence price and commercial terms are communicated individually in response to an enquiry.
Commercial terms
The licence parameters, indicative cost calculations and product prices shown describe the commercial logic of the model. Final terms are fixed in the White Label Technology License and Raw Material Supply Agreement and adapted to the law of the licensee's country.
Cost-per-hectare figures are a planning reference. Actual figures depend on the crop, the application equipment, soil and climate conditions and the objectives of the farm.
Intellectual property
Texts, images, trademarks and the design of the site belong to their right holders and may not be used without written permission.
BIOLYSATE RAW production technology, strains and cultivation and lysis protocols are the manufacturer's trade secret and are not transferred.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, unless mandatory rules of the consumer's country or a separate agreement between the parties provide otherwise.
